Names: Chao/Katy
Info: Chao appears in the chapter 'Houkininotta Neko' (Well-Informed Cat) as well as the first movie. She appears in the Shogaku Ichinensei version in 'Chao ga Yatte kita' (Chao is Coming). In the regular manga and movie, Unico turns Chao into a human. Chao helps the old woman and is almost killed by Ghost.

In the Shogaku version, Chao is trying to live in Esuo's house. She's hiding from a guy going after her (did he want to eat her? lol) and she has the funny ability to call out cockroaches to attack people. Chao ends up joining Esuo, Unico, and Ragon on their adventurous mishaps.
