Unico Shogaku Ichinensei Version
My friend found this book in Japan when she was visiting family. I was so happy because I didn't have to search for it online and possibly pay a lot more. This book features the shogakusei comics which were made for children learning how to read (basically elementary children). The stories feature Unico living with a boy (and a dragon named Ragon) who constantly get into trouble because of Unico's magic. Obviously Unico wants to help the boy but in the end it only causes problems and he gets in trouble with his mom or someone else. This version also features other Tezuka characters (and Tezuka himself!) such as Melmo and Dr. Ochanomizu. This book is black and white, no furigana, and is read right to left. ++ Home |
